There’s a woman in Comunications and Graphics. Her “talents” got her the important job of sitting in the cafe’, three times a day, and doing nothing but stuffing her face and bumping her gums.
Years ago – I lost 120 pounds. I went from a size 28 to a 6. In the course of the six years it took me to lose it – I got laid off four times. Without giving you my resume and weight loss log, I can tell you that I went higher in the corporate ladder with more pay, and less interviews before being hired when I lost the greater amount of weight. I’d say 99% of the interviews were men – all of the interviews where I was hired were men.
god bless the tech sector and dot com crash.
(In case you were wondering how I did it – Medifast. Back when it was prescription and they didn’t have all the yummy things they do now.)
No shirt at all on the bottom picture = welcome to your corner office, here is your benefits package, have I told you you will be my personal Assistant?
Because it’s at least partially true. It shouldn’t be surprising anymore that more attractive people get things they want more easily. It’s something we decide very subconscious. (eg. pretty babies get hold more often in Kindergarten). That’s the way it is, of course we like pretty things.
But unfortunately it’s also that some bosses will take sexual attraction as a criterion for application, too.
I would feel disgusted with myself if I knew that’s why I was chosen…
hehehe. im reminded of a certain sailor moon dubbed episode at the mention of “talent.”
Oh Lita/Makoto, you’re electric.
Phht if ONLY it actually worked that way >.> Wouldn’t be looking for a job still.

You have to do something about the ugly mug and body odor.
That moment when you realize your potential boss is a woman…

[sigh] I wish *I* had more ‘talent’
Meh, this is bull. Some of us like people with reasonable proportions. I’d take the first and second, maybe the third, and probably not the fourth.
Then again, some of us hire based on actual qualifications, so there’s always a chance you’d be working for someone who actually respects you.
I wouldnt count on that! Seen this to often in real life, its not even funny anymore

It’s kinda sad…

Thats how I got my job……………………I’m a man!
For men it’s all about height!
Not in my experience. The boss doesn’t like it when you’re taller than they are.
