Wow, way to re-post an xkcd comic, and not even an old one either.
I believe that’s why the “Via: XKCD” link is there. And the comic is from Friday. Meaning only one other new one has been posted since it went up.
Why is it, when this site posts something from any other website (i.e. College Humor, etc) Nobody says a word. But if they post an XKCD comic…there will be at least one douche stating the damn obvious as if failblog just violated their grandma with a dog.
Or the OP replies to his own post saying “Never mind I found the answer”. Yeah, care to share it with us?
My other favorite is when you finally find a help thread for an obscure game, and the “helpful” answer is trying not to spoil it, and just gives vague hints.
I DON’T WANT HINTS, I’VE TRIED THIS FOR HOURS, JUST GIVE ME THE ANSWER!!
Even better is when the thread is made up of 10-15 smart-asses posting “Install Linux” and/or “Buy A Mac!”.
Or. especially when it comes to games, you’ll get the occasional idiot who assumes that unless your system is the contents of a Newegg wishlist, that upgrading will fix everything.

It’s a strange feeling encountering that. It reminds me of how I felt watching AI when the robot wakes up from his freeze.

I get this all the time, or someone posts a complex problem and you get 10-20 useless answers from people who really don’t know what their talking about :/
