You are wrong. Both were around WAY before Nazis (duh) and were both positive in meaning. I believe the one that is 4 L’s is primarily recognized as Buddhist, not Finnish. In any case, this IS the German one (4 backwards L’s).

I wonder who remembers that the swastika used to be a symbol of good luck before.. yeah. keeping hateful threads alive just brings on more. Please do not feed the internet trolls.
The swastika has been used in every culture since the beginning of time…literally, and like antipathy stated, it has never had any negative connotations until hitler, attempting to tap into the collective resurgence of interest in Teutonic folkways incorporated it into his propaganda, rightfully thinking that the symbolism would attract otherwise disinterested folk to his cause. A few years of terror and mayhem have stripped this ancient and powerful symbol of it’s rightful strength and meaning. It’s time to take back the swastika.
All you people commenting on how wrong the picture is; lighten up…it’s called HUMOR…get it? HUMOR….like ha ha ha, that’s funny……HUMOR. Get a grip.
As i think the swastika is drawn like + and Hitlers symbol is turned by 45 degrees, like an ‘x’… And the meaning of a symbol has always been dependent from the angle you look at it. And Hitlers symbol is not the only symbol that was misused (for instance, turn a crucifix by 180 degrees and show this to a religious christ, he will damn you to hell).
And some people just have a poor sense for humor…
